Each client is different and each requires a nuanced approach backed up by scientific rigour and inter-disciplinary cooperation between our team. How Gameplan provides support
Gameplan’s caring team of specialist practitioners employ the latest evidence-based therapies to support our therapy clients and their families as they build their skills and confidence in language, literacy, and learning.
Assessment services: a comprehensive, standardised assessment with a Gameplan Practitioner aimed at identifying individual strengths and areas of challenge. Fees are based on the time taken to complete face to face assessment, any additional surveys, scoring, comprehensive report writing, and client feedback. An estimate of the cost associated with the report will be provided to you prior to the assessment sessions. A detailed report with recommendations for intervention at home and/or school will be provided after the assessment. Assessment fees apply.
General support services: administrative, consultancy and/or advocacy services with a Gameplan Practitioner aimed at, but not limited to, liaising with other professionals, creating specialised resources and/or holiday packages, reviewing documents and parent/carer discussion as required. General support fees apply.
Social Emotional Learning Programs (group program): a group session with a Gameplan Practitioner(s) during each week of the Victorian school term, or school holidays, as scheduled. Sessions will be held at the same day/time for the term (excluding public holidays), or school holidays. Program subscription fees apply.
Therapy services (individual term or intensive program): a one-to-one session with a Gameplan Practitioner during each week of the Victorian school term, or school holidays, as scheduled. Sessions will be held at the same day/time for the term (excluding public holidays), or as scheduled in the school holidays, unless a make-up session is scheduled. Includes direct and indirect therapy support services. Program subscription fees apply.
Therapy services (casual): a one-to-one session with a Gameplan Practitioner as scheduled. Casual session fees apply.
Location: therapy support sessions are delivered at Gameplan, online, or the therapy client’s home, school or other suitable location as agreed. Travel fees will apply for all support not delivered at Gameplan, or online. Travel fees apply.
